This page explains what AS Online Services collects on the public website. It is written in plain language and covers the free checks, contact form, and academy.

Free website checks

When you run a performance or security check, you submit a website address. We use that address to run the check and may keep operational logs (including the URL and basic request metadata) to operate rate limits and improve reliability.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form, we store the name, email, optional website, and message you send so we can reply. A hidden honeypot field is used to reduce spam.

Online Safety Academy

Academy pages are designed with children’s privacy in mind. See the separate Kids privacy notice for details about kids courses, certificates, and deleting progress on a device.

Analytics

Some public pages load Google Analytics (gtag). Academy pages are built not to include third-party analytics trackers.
